A naturally creative person, Teresa is a trained artist and fine arts painter and muralist. In 2004, she set up her first business offering painting and mural services, and later incorporated landscape design and installation in 2011.
Teresa was chosen to be a student designer for the Mansions and Millionaires Designer Showcase event in 2011 representing the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design, a testament to her innate artistry and the quality of her designs.
She went on to broaden her skills by getting an Advanced Degree from the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design and continuing on to work at Kitchen & Bath Designs for 5 years. Here, she designed, estimated, purchased, project managed, and completed well over 250 projects for satisfied clients.
After painting yet another mural in her own home, she felt inspired to go out on her own again to apply her unique skills and knowledge to client projects.
Not only does she bring a wealth of experience and creativity to her designs, Teresa also has the practical skills necessary to fully understand interiors. When her Dad was renovating their family home, she helped with installing materials from tile, flooring, and much more.
Her firsthand installation experience cemented her knowledge of how to create a space that flows, gaining direct insight into the detail and skills required. This ignited her passion for cabinetry design, and gives her design process a unique edge.
Teresa blends the best of both worlds when it comes to her approach to design. She uses her artistry and creativity to craft stunningly beautiful interior designs, while encompassing everything with her passion for functional, practical spaces that will change her clients’ lives for the better.
